These Terms and Conditions have been put in place to protect Pawplay as well as its guests and are for the benefit of all

• Our numbers are limited so prior booking is essential
• All dogs must demonstrate up-to-date vaccination cards inclusive of kennel cough
• All guests must be treated for fleas, ticks and worms regularly
• Pawplay must be informed of any behavioural problems at time of booking. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge or cancellation
• Regretfully, we cannot accept dogs:
  • With a history of aggression towards other animals or people
  • That are registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act
  • That are unpredictable and dangerous
• To maintain safety for all guests, we reserve the right to muzzle problem/aggressive dogs
• Prior approval must be obtained for Bitches in Season and Entire Males. Failure to inform us will result in an additional charge or cancellation
• Failure to notify us of bitches in season and behavioural problems either at drop off or time of booking will result in an additional charge. The additional charge is £10 per day per dog
• All dogs must wear a collar and Pawplay ID badge whilst in our care
• Pawplay has the right to seek veterinary advice or consultation if your animal becomes unwell whilst under our care
• Client is liable for any costs incurred whilst in our care including veterinary bills, special dietary needs, and grooming
• We reserve the right to refuse any animal that we deem to be unacceptable
• Pawplay will not be held responsible for any animals’ death due to unforeseen circumstances, for example, heart attack or epilepsy
• Pawplay will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained whilst in our care. However every measure will be taken to ensure that this does not happen
• Payment to be paid in full on collection of animal or otherwise by prior arrangement. We charge by the 12- or 24-hour period
• We regret that deposits cannot be returned in case of cancellation
• All guests must have a completed questionnaire on file at all times
